 Our priority is to answer to all customers' questions within 48 hours from receiving the email during business days (excluding holidays & weekends).


 After your payment is verified, it can take up to 48 hours to process your order (excluding holidays & weekends). Delivery time depends on the shipping company.

 NOTE: When ordering, write your phone number in "notes or instructions" section at Checkout for contact regarding your package and its tracking number.

 We are more than happy to help you to make the best experience for your returns & refunds.

Returns & Refunds will be given as: Item exchange (if left in stock) or money back.

 The customer has 5 business days to return an item from the day of receiving it. 

 The item eligible for a return must be unused and in the same condition as when receiving it.

 When returning, the item must be in the original packaging and include the original sales receipt (e.g. printed).

 When the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer (as the original method of payment or item exchange). The customer will receive the refund within certain amount of days, depending on bank issuer's policies.

 The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. (Shipping costs are non refundable.)

NOTE: Korppo Clothing cannot be held responsible for any wrongly written information in the process of confirming an item, shipping information or payment information etc. or any third parties' mistakes, e.g. shipping companies, etc. Korppo Clothing cannot be held liable for delays in delivery.
